Where is the pickup area?

Trinity Railway Express- Texas and Pacific station located at 221 West Vickery behind the Texas and Pacific Railway Building. Look for a van or SUV with flashers on under the covered parking area.

How long is the tour?

The actual tour is 4-1/2 hours and includes a 1 hour stop at each of the 3 wineries. Drive time between each winery is 20-30 minutes. Allow 5 hours total for pick up and drop off time.

What is the largest group size you can accommodate?

Van accommodates up to 14 guests. Private party bus holds up to 50 people.

Does tour include tasting fees?

Yes. There is no extra charge for tasting fees at the wineries.

Gratuity:

It is customary to give tips 15-20% on wine glass and food orders. There is no need to tip for bottle purchases and wine tastings served. If you enjoyed your tour and found your guide helpful, the tour guide would appreciate your gratuity. Tip, tip hooray!

Cancellations:
There is a $15 cancellation fee charged per guest if the cancellation is done more than 24 hours in advance of the tour start time. Cancellations less than 24 hours prior to tour are charged a $25.00 per guest administration fee.
